Who Owns 和 Operates the shared scooters 和 bikes?
The 西萨克拉门托市 does not own or operate shared scooters or bicycle programs. They are owned 和 operated by private vendors that have obtained a permit from the City to operate. As of January 2024, there are two operators in West Sacramento: 石灰 和 鸟, who are permitted to operate scooters 和 e-bicycles.
What if a shared mobility device is causing an obstruction or is inappropriately parked?
If the device is inappropriately parked or is obstructing a normal path of travel, 请采取以下步骤:

People who plan to use shared mobility services, such as bike-share 和 scooter-share MUST comply with all relevant traffic laws to ensure the safety of all travelers.
